一種采用自動(dòng)校正的ups蓄電池組巡檢系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:介紹一種采用普通數(shù)字光耦實(shí)現(xiàn)了蓄電池組的每一節(jié)單體電池電壓的無(wú)源耦合,利用軟件二次曲線補(bǔ)償?shù)姆椒ń鉀Q了因普通數(shù)字光耦的信號(hào)耦合引起的非線性問(wèn)題,利用線性光耦對(duì)電池組整體電壓進(jìn)行采樣,可以計(jì)算出電池每伏電壓的補(bǔ)償量,從而解決了普通數(shù)字光耦的溫度漂移,為實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用提供了一種可行的方案。

Abstract: Introduce a scheme of solveing the temperature drift of ordinary digital optocoupler ,The process as follows.Adopting ordinary digital optocoupler achieves passive coupling about the voltage of per haploid batteries which belongs to accumulator battery. The nonlinear signal coupling problem is solved by the conic compensation of software. The voltage of the battery bank is sampled by linear optocoupler. Through the upper steps, we can calculate the compensation rate of the per voltage,In order to solve a common digital optocoupler temperature drift ,The scheme provides the feasibility of actual projects.
