散熱器鑲齒及焊接技術(shù)在大功率電源熱設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用

摘要：針對(duì)大功率電源功率模塊對(duì)散熱器可靠散熱的要求，提出了一種大斷面鑲齒散熱器及焊接技術(shù)。這種散熱器能有效散發(fā)功率模塊所產(chǎn)生的熱量，并已成功應(yīng)用于大功率電源熱設(shè)計(jì)中。

Abstract：This paper presents a technology of the plate aluminum welded and the slice of aluminum inlayed in radiator used in a large power supply to meet the request of the power module cooled .The radiator can efficaciously emanate the heat of the power module bringing out. The technology has been successfully used in a large power supply.
