摘要：本文通過分析IGBT的結(jié)構(gòu)及其安全工作區(qū)，解釋了在實際應(yīng)用中可能造成其損壞的原因，并利用硬件電路結(jié)合單片機的控制程序?qū)『改孀冸娫吹腎GBT采取相應(yīng)措施進行保護，從而確保了IGBT安全可靠的工作。
