雙正激變換器軟開(kāi)關(guān)拓?fù)涞姆治雠c評(píng)價(jià)

摘要：雙正激變換器廣泛應(yīng)用于中、大功率場(chǎng)合,為了提高變換器的功率密度和效率,必須提高開(kāi)關(guān)頻率并減少開(kāi)關(guān)損耗,這就要求開(kāi)關(guān)管工作在軟開(kāi)關(guān)方式。本文系統(tǒng)的分析了雙正激變換器軟開(kāi)關(guān)拓?fù)涞闹饕ぷ髟�、�?yōu)缺點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合，并選取一種新型的雙正激軟開(kāi)關(guān)組合變換器拓?fù)渥鳛楦邏褐绷鬏斎牒娇侦o止變流器的DC/DC級(jí)拓?fù)�，成功研制了一臺(tái)4KW的原理樣機(jī)，并給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Abstract：The dual-switch forward converter is widely adopted in medium to high power applications. To achieve high power density and high efficiency, switching frequency must be greatly increased, and meanwhile, switching losses must be reduced. As a result, soft-switching techniques must be adopted. This paper presents a detailed review of these techniques. The main operation principles、merits、limitations and applications of these soft-switching topologies are analyzed. Based on the analysis and evaluation, a novel dual-switch forward combined converter is taken as the DC/DC converter for high voltage dc input Aeronautic Static Inverter. A 4KW prototype is successfully developed, and the experimental results are also included in this paper.
