一種適合于特種雙向脈沖電源的軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路的研究

摘要:本文提出了一種適合于特種雙向脈沖電源的軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路,對(duì)該軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和工作過(guò)程進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的分析,并對(duì)軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路與硬開(kāi)關(guān)電路的損耗進(jìn)行了分析和比較,對(duì)提出的軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路進(jìn)行了仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果表明,該軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路能實(shí)現(xiàn)零電壓開(kāi)通和關(guān)斷,輸出脈沖為雙向脈沖,有效減小了主開(kāi)關(guān)器件的開(kāi)關(guān)損耗,提高了電路的工作效率,表明了該軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路應(yīng)用于特種雙向脈沖電源的可行性。

Abstract:A soft-switch circuit to special bidirectional pulse power is put forwarded in this paper,the topological structure and working process of this soft-switch circuit is analyzed in detail,the loss of circuit is analyzed and compared between the soft-switch and the hard-switch,and the soft-switch circuit is simulated. The results of simulation show that the soft-switch circuit can turn on or switch off in zero voltage,output bidirectional pulse,reduce the loss of the main switch effectively,enhance the working efficiency of circuit. At the same time, it shows that the soft-switch circuit is feasible in special bidirectional pulse power.
