帶無(wú)損吸收網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)雙管正激變換器的研究

摘要：本文介紹了交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)雙管正激變換器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，分析了帶無(wú)損吸收網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)雙管正激變換器電路拓?fù)涞墓ぷ髟砗碗娐饭ぷ鲿r(shí)的有效占空比，并導(dǎo)出了電路的輸出特性，該變換器實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)關(guān)的ZCS開(kāi)通，ZVS關(guān)斷，最后，在2KW的交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)雙管正激變換器樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)中得到了驗(yàn)證。

Abstract：The attctive characteristics of interleavingtwo trnsistors forwrd converter is introduced in thi paper.Then the operation of interleaving two transistors forward with non-dissipative snubber topology is analyzed and the effective duty cycle of operation is discussed.The output characteristics of interleaving two transistors forward converter is derived.The switches are turned on with zero current switching and turned off with zero voltage switching.Finally,experiment results are given to verify the analysis.
