DC-DC變換器并聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的均流技術(shù)

摘要:較小功率的DC-DC變換器模塊并聯(lián)與一個(gè)集中的大功率電源相比,有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),例如:效率高,可運(yùn)行于更高頻率,因而動(dòng)態(tài)性能好,負(fù)載調(diào)整率好;并聯(lián)模塊可以實(shí)現(xiàn)冗余;輸出功率可以擴(kuò)展,并易于維護(hù)等。分布電源系統(tǒng)中,無(wú)論前端變換器和負(fù)載變換器,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊的并聯(lián)都已得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。
對(duì)于DC-DC變換器模塊的并聯(lián)運(yùn)行,附加均流控制目的是使負(fù)載電流在各模塊間平衡均勻分配。為了設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)均流性能優(yōu)越以及高可靠的DC-DC變換器并聯(lián)系統(tǒng),人們已開(kāi)發(fā)和分析了許多方法,如下垂法、主從均流法、自動(dòng)均流法、民主均流法等。 敘詞:DC-DC變換器 并聯(lián)運(yùn)行模塊 均流 下垂法 主從法 自動(dòng)均流法 民主均流法 均流母線 Abstract:The paralleling of lower-power DC-DC converter modules offers a number of advantages over a single,high power,centralized power supply.The advantages include higher efficiency,better dynamic response due to a higher frequency of operation,and better load regulation.Paralleling allows for redundancy implementation,expandability of output power and ease of maintenance.Paralleling of standardized DC-DC converter modules is the approach widely used in distributed power systems for both front-end and load converters.In the case of parallel converter modules the additional current sharing control objective is aimed to keep the load current balance distribution between the modules.In order to construct a paralleling converter system with good performance of equality current distribution and high reliability,a variety of special load current sharing approaches were proposed,developed and analyzed in the past,such as droop,master-slaves,automatic and democratic approaches.
