一種新穎的零電壓轉(zhuǎn)換PFC變換器設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:提出了一種帶有源鉗位的ZVT-PWM升壓PFC變換器。詳細(xì)分析了該變換器的工作原理,討論了電路的參數(shù),進(jìn)行了軟件仿真,并在一臺(tái)功率為3kW、工作頻率為100kHz的通信用開(kāi)關(guān)電源裝置上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果都證明了這種變換器不僅可實(shí)現(xiàn)主開(kāi)關(guān)管的零電壓轉(zhuǎn)換和輔助開(kāi)關(guān)管的零電流開(kāi)關(guān),而且開(kāi)關(guān)管的電壓電流應(yīng)力非常小,同時(shí)變換器效率可高達(dá)94%.

Abstract:A novel single-phase active-clamped Power Factor Correction converter is presented in this paper. The operation principle and the circuit parameters of the converter are analyzed in detail. The proposed scheme is verified on the 3kW prototype converter operating at 100kHz.Simulating and experimental results proved that this circuit not only realizes the ZVT of the main switch and ZCS of the auxiliary switch, but also has the low current and voltage stress, meanwhile, the overall efficiency of the proposed converter is 94%.
