一種新型boost功率因數(shù)預(yù)調(diào)節(jié)器的研究

摘要:本文提出了一種新型的boost功率因數(shù)預(yù)調(diào)節(jié)器。詳細(xì)分析了boost變換器的工作原理。該變換器具有低電流和電壓應(yīng)力;實(shí)現(xiàn)了二極管的軟開關(guān)、有源開關(guān)的零電流開通和近似零電壓關(guān)斷。給出了在直流穩(wěn)態(tài)下的仿真結(jié)果以及應(yīng)用UC3854APFC控制芯片設(shè)計(jì)的單相boost功率因數(shù)預(yù)調(diào)節(jié)器的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該電路具有損耗低、效率高、開關(guān)噪音小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract:A novel boost power factor pre-regulator is proposed in this paper. The operation principle of the boost converter is analyzed in detail. The converter has low current and voltage stress. The diode is switched softly and the active switch is turned on under ZCS condition and turned off under approximate ZVS condition. The simulation result in DC steady state is given; the experimental result of single-stage boost power factor pre-regulator with the APFC IC UC3854 is given as well. The experiment proves that the boost power factor pre-regulator has the merits of low loss、high efficiency and low switch noise.
