LLC諧振變換器中平面集成磁件的研究

摘要:本文針對(duì)目前開關(guān)電源向小型化、輕型化、薄型化方向發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),介紹了平面集成磁件的概念,研究了一種用于DC/DC變換器的LLC諧振變換器,在集成磁件通用模型的基礎(chǔ)上分析了用于LLC諧振變換器的磁件集成,并設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)集成磁件。為了進(jìn)一步減少集成磁件的高度和體積,本文又研究了平面集成磁件具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法,把該集成磁件轉(zhuǎn)化成了平面集成磁件,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換前后的磁件做了電磁場(chǎng)仿真,結(jié)果表明轉(zhuǎn)換前后磁件損耗也將減小。這樣,就達(dá)到了進(jìn)一步減小磁件體積、重量和高度的目的。

Abstract: Following the developing trend towards small, light and thin device on switching power supply at the present time, planar integrated magnetics concept is introduced in this thesis. A LLC resonant convertor on DC/DC conversion is investigated, and a integrated magnetic structure is analyzed based on the general model. Furthermore, the method of designing planar integrated magnetics is derived which can be used to reduce farther volume, weight and height of magnetics. Finally, by simulating, the result is that the wastage of the core also decreases. So the purpose reducing volume, weight and height is achieved.
