DC-DC電荷泵的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:本文以Dickson電荷泵的基本原理出發(fā)點(diǎn),研究了一種將正電壓輸入轉(zhuǎn)為負(fù)電壓輸出的開(kāi)關(guān)電容電路。由于開(kāi)關(guān)電容的充放電特點(diǎn),為確定電容時(shí)間常數(shù),采用非交疊(nonoverlapping)時(shí)鐘控制信號(hào)避免了由于時(shí)鐘交疊而造成的當(dāng)電容充電還未完成即對(duì)下一級(jí)電容進(jìn)行放電的現(xiàn)象。同時(shí),參考功率MOSFET的電容模型通過(guò)增大驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的電流減小了開(kāi)關(guān)管的上升延時(shí),提高了開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作的速度,使轉(zhuǎn)換效率得到明顯提高。此電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,性能優(yōu)良,易于集成,可廣泛應(yīng)用于輸出負(fù)電壓的電源產(chǎn)品中。

Abstract:In this paper we have developed a kind of charge pump, which can transform the positive voltage into the negative one according to the principles of Dickson charge pump. Because of the features of switch capacitor we should adopted nonoverlapping clock signal if we want to guarantee charge completely through the switching of power MOSFET. Furthermore, the drive currents of MOSFET have been improved to decrease the switching time and improve the efficiency of transform.
