摘要：摘要：白家電產(chǎn)品的節(jié)能問題日益受到世界各國的關(guān)注，變頻器技術(shù)的應(yīng)用可明顯提高其能效。本文介紹了安森美半導(dǎo)體變頻器智能功率模塊（IPM）使用絕緣金屬基板技術(shù)(IMST®)的特征及應(yīng)用方案。
