淺析一種CO2 激光電源各組成部分電路結(jié)構(gòu)

摘要：隨著CO2激光器及其雕刻機(jī)應(yīng)用的普及，激光電源電路結(jié)構(gòu)日漸成熟精煉，功能亦日趨完善，甚至還置入了開路保護(hù)環(huán)節(jié)，從而大大提升了其安全和穩(wěn)定可靠性能。本文對(duì)這樣一種由市電供電的常用CO2激光電源的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)逐一闡述，以拋磚引玉，借資深人士之智謀和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將激光電源不斷推向更高層次。同時(shí)，也愿此舉能有助于業(yè)內(nèi)人士深入了解CO2激光電源的電路及其日常維修。 敘詞：CO2激光管 激光電源 開路保護(hù) 電路結(jié)構(gòu) 開關(guān)電源 Abstract：Along with the popularity of CO2 laser and relevant carving machines, the circuit structure of laser power supply is becoming mature, the function being perfect. In addition, circuit protection is involved, so that the safety and reliability is highly improved. The paper introduces each aspect of commonly-used CO2 laser power supply, the power of which is provided commercial power. It is intended that by this paper, more new thoughts will be provoked, and with the experience and intelligence of seniors in this field, laser power supply can be better improved. Furthermore, the author holds the hope that practitioners in this field may know more about the circuit of CO2 laser power supply and its maintenance by reading this paper.
