大功率風(fēng)電變流器中的母排設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:針對(duì)風(fēng)電變流器功率密度大、工作環(huán)境惡劣、滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、功率波動(dòng)大等特點(diǎn),本文提出了大功率風(fēng)電變流器直流側(cè)母排設(shè)計(jì)原則及其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。主要內(nèi)容包括:減小母排電感、減小功率器件受力、母排防護(hù)等。最后對(duì)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)案例進(jìn)行了剖析,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證本文的主要觀點(diǎn)。
