數(shù)碼發(fā)電機(jī)整流開(kāi)關(guān)控制電路設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:對(duì)現(xiàn)有數(shù)碼發(fā)電機(jī)中整流開(kāi)關(guān)控制電路存在的不足作了討論,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的整流開(kāi)關(guān)控制電路。在保證控制性能的前提下,利用一路觸發(fā)電路同時(shí)控制三相半控整流電路中三只晶閘管的導(dǎo)通與關(guān)斷,不需要同步電路,簡(jiǎn)化了電路結(jié)構(gòu),減小了電路的體積和重量,降低了數(shù)碼發(fā)電機(jī)的成本。
