數(shù)碼發(fā)電機整流開關(guān)控制電路設(shè)計

摘要:對現(xiàn)有數(shù)碼發(fā)電機中整流開關(guān)控制電路存在的不足作了討論,設(shè)計了一種新型的整流開關(guān)控制電路。在保證控制性能的前提下,利用一路觸發(fā)電路同時控制三相半控整流電路中三只晶閘管的導(dǎo)通與關(guān)斷,不需要同步電路,簡化了電路結(jié)構(gòu),減小了電路的體積和重量,降低了數(shù)碼發(fā)電機的成本。
