基于單端正激模型的雙向DC-DC變換器研究

摘要:本文對(duì)基于單端正激變換器的隔離式雙向DC-DC變換器進(jìn)行了研究,電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)潔,可應(yīng)用于同步整流技術(shù),具有高性能、成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)其拓?fù)涞姆治觯o出了各開關(guān)管工作時(shí)序,對(duì)正向和反向的工作原理進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,結(jié)合參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,給出了電路各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的選擇方法,為了使變換器能夠穩(wěn)定有效工作,采取正向電壓外環(huán)電流內(nèi)環(huán)雙閉環(huán)、反向電壓?jiǎn)伍]環(huán)控制的方式。最后通過(guò)試驗(yàn),充分證明了該變換器的可行性和先進(jìn)性。

Abstract:A kind of isolated bi-directional DC-DC converter based on the single-ended forward converter has been researched in this paper, which has the advantages of simple topology, low loss and high performance. This converter can also be used in the condition of synchronous rectification. Considering the characteristics of the circuit, driving signal waveforms of each switch are analyzed, while the working principle of both forward and reverse mode is introduced. Combining the requests of the system, the methods of choosing the key parameters are given. In order to ensure the efficiency and dynamic response, voltage and current dual-close loop control strategy is adopted in the forward conversion, while single voltage feedback is adopted in the reverse mode. The correctness and feasibility of this converter are verified through simulation tests.
