有機EL照明及其開發(fā)動向

摘要:本文概述了有機電致發(fā)光(EL)的發(fā)光原理、材料性能及其器件結(jié)構(gòu)特點。
有機EL是繼LED之后,又一發(fā)現(xiàn)的更為理想的固態(tài)電光源。特別通過擴(kuò)散板的利用,迅速改善了發(fā)光效率。不久的未來它將廣泛應(yīng)用于照明領(lǐng)域,逐步取代LED和部分氣體放電光源而形成照明應(yīng)用的主流。 敘詞:有機EL照明 固態(tài)電光源 發(fā)光效率 電致發(fā)光(EL) LED Abstract:The paper analyses the lighting principles, material performance and component structure of EL lighting, concluding that organic EL is an ideal solid lighting source following LED. By adopting diffusing panel, the lighting efficiency can be improved significantly. In the near future, organic EL can be applied widely, becoming mainstrem in lighintg field by replacing gradually the LED lighting and some gas-discharge sources.
