有關(guān)變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)中浪涌對(duì)策的基礎(chǔ)研究

摘要:變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī),為滿足節(jié)能及小型化、高性能化等市場(chǎng)需求,必然要面對(duì)嚴(yán)酷的使用條件,其中,變頻器產(chǎn)生的浪涌(surge)對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)絕緣系統(tǒng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生不利影響!懊麟姟惫驹谡莆兆冾l器浪涌對(duì)電機(jī)影響的同時(shí),使用了耐局部放電性能優(yōu)越的漆包線。針對(duì)該絕緣系統(tǒng)的適用性進(jìn)行了不斷的探索研究。

Abstract:TO meet the market needs of energy saving, being smaller and high performance, the transduction-driven electromotor has to face severe conditions, among which, surge resulting from transducers will lead to disadvantageous effect on the insulation system of the electromotor. Mingdian Company applies enamelled copper wire, which enjoys excellent perfornance of enduring partial discharge, to prevent the effect to electromotor resulting from transducer surge; in the meantime, the company provides constant research on the applicability of the insulation system.
