一種高可靠性的頻率測(cè)量系統(tǒng)

摘要:提出并研制了一種高可靠性、高精度、使用簡(jiǎn)單且便于維護(hù)的頻率測(cè)量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)用于電力電子測(cè)量領(lǐng)域。其硬件系統(tǒng)以嵌入式PC104計(jì)算機(jī)為測(cè)控平臺(tái),軟件系統(tǒng)以LabWindows/CVI為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),采用測(cè)周期法,依據(jù)頻率大小選用不同的基準(zhǔn)頻率。經(jīng)實(shí)際測(cè)試證實(shí),該設(shè)計(jì)滿足精度和實(shí)時(shí)性的要求,檢測(cè)效率高,便于操作與維護(hù)。該系統(tǒng)亦可用于其他要求高精度頻率測(cè)量的領(lǐng)域中。

Abstract:It proposes and develops a frequency measurement system with high reliability and accuracy which is simple to use, easy to maintain in the paper. Its used in the field of power electronics measurement. PC104 Embedded computer is used as the measuring and control platform in the hardware systems, and the software platform is based on the LabWindows/CVI platform. Its based on the cycle measurement method, choosing different reference frequency according to the values of the frequency. The practical test confirmed that the design meets the requirements of precision and real-time, and it is easy to operate and maintain with high efficiency. The system can also be used in other areas where high-precision frequency measurements is reauired.
