高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源在電除塵工程應(yīng)用中的節(jié)能減排

摘要:本文通過(guò)武漢國(guó)測(cè)數(shù)字電源有限公司在節(jié)能減排工程項(xiàng)目中的一個(gè)例子,介紹了在電除塵工程應(yīng)用中,采用高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源替代傳統(tǒng)的工頻可控整流電源供電所取得的節(jié)能減排效果,分析了取得效果的原因,得出了節(jié)能減排的大致范圍30%~90%。建議環(huán)保部門(mén)和電除塵設(shè)計(jì)師們?cè)陔姵龎m技術(shù)改造和新建項(xiàng)目中大力采用高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源。

Abstract:Based on a case in energy saving and emission reduction project by Wuhan Guoce S&T Co., Ltd, this paper introduces the achievements in energy saving and emission reduction applying high-frequency switch power supply instead of using traditional frequency controlled rectifier power supply under electric deduster project. The author analyzes reasons for the achievements, and also tells the possible range of energy saving and emission reduction is between 30% and 90%. It is suggested that environment protection bureaus and electric deduster designers use high-frequency switch power in new projects and technology innovation.
