<P align=right>何艷1 白怡明1 楊廣亮2 </P> <P align=right>1中煤國際工程集團沈陽設(shè)計研究院, 沈陽市110000 </P> <P align=right>2 江蘇安科瑞電器制造有限公司,江蘇江陰 214405 </P> <P> <STRONG>摘 要:</STRONG>分析低壓電流互感器的原理,介紹了準(zhǔn)確級和準(zhǔn)確級限值的概念,同時并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程實例分析。低壓電流互感器在低壓測量、計量、繼電保護、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測、接地保護等方面的選用。 </P> <P> <STRONG>1 引言 </STRONG></P> <P> 隨著我國電力工業(yè)中城網(wǎng)及農(nóng)網(wǎng)的改造,以及低壓配電系統(tǒng)的自動化程度不斷提高,電流互感器作為低壓配電系統(tǒng)中的一種重要電氣元件,已被廣泛地應(yīng)用于測量、計量、繼電保護、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測、接地保護和各種電力系統(tǒng)分析之中,本文對此進(jìn)行初步的探討。 </P> <P> <STRONG>2 低壓電流互感器工作原理 </STRONG></P> <P> 低壓電流互感器的工作原理如圖1所示,電流互感器的一次繞組串聯(lián)在被測線路中,I1為線路電流即電流互感器的一次電流,N1為電流互感器的一次匝數(shù),I2電流互感器二次電流(通常為5A、1A),N2為電流互感器的二次匝數(shù),Z2e為二次回路設(shè)備及連接導(dǎo)線阻抗。當(dāng)一次電流從電流互感器P1端流進(jìn),P2端出,在二次Z2e接通的情況下,由電磁感應(yīng)原理,電流互感器二次繞組有電流I2從S1流過,經(jīng)Z2e至S2,形成閉合回路。由此可得電流在理想狀態(tài)下I1×N1=I2×N2,所以有I1/I2=N1/N2=K,K為電流互感器的變比。 </P> <P align=center><IMG alt="" src="http://acrel.cn/cn/download/common/upload/2011/02/17/1613140t.jpg"></P> <P align=center>圖1 </P> <P> <STRONG>3 低壓電流互感器的選型</STRONG> </P> <P> 3.1 測量用電流互感器 </P> <P> 3.1.1 測量用電流互感器是為指示儀表、積分儀表和其他類似電器提供電流的電流互感器 </P> <P> 測量用電流互感器廣泛用于對低壓配電系統(tǒng)電流的測量,主要準(zhǔn)確(對電流互感器給定的等級)級有:0.2、0.5、1、3、5等,目前應(yīng)用比較廣泛的測量用互感器主要為母線式電流互感器,安裝方便,而且其型號、規(guī)格繁多,可根據(jù)不同規(guī)格的母排或線纜選用最經(jīng)濟合理的電流互感器,表(一)以AKH-0.66型電流互感器,分析測量用電流互感器的運用及特點。 </P> <P> 表(一) AKH-0.66測量用電流互感器技術(shù)參數(shù)表 </P> <P align=center> <TABLE style="BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none; PADDING-TOP: 0cm" width=314> <DIV align=center>雙路輸出,一路用于電流的測量,另一路用于遠(yuǎn)傳,用于系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測,與自控儀表如<SPAN>PLC配合使用,為用戶節(jié)約成本,輔助電源DC24V由PLC供電。</SPAN></DIV></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></P> <P> 3.1.2 測量用電流互感器在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中的問題及應(yīng)用實例 </P> <P> 測量用電流互感器在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中二次輸出5A和1A的選擇,是一些電氣工程師經(jīng)常遇到的問題。 </P> <P> 2009年12月山東聊城某化工廠,各生產(chǎn)車間環(huán)境多為爆炸性環(huán)境,各車間電氣控制室不安裝在車間內(nèi),而是安裝在離各車間較遠(yuǎn)的公共電氣控制室,來實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)電流信息的集中采集,現(xiàn)場電流互感器與控制室之間距離大約200米,有的甚至300米,二次傳輸導(dǎo)線為2.5平方毫米,使用的電流互感器有AKH-0.66/30I 200/5A 0.5級 5VA 穿心1匝 等許多規(guī)格,使用的電流表為CL72-AI,該項目比較大,該項目在將完工,部分工程試運行時,發(fā)現(xiàn)所有電流表顯示與現(xiàn)場電流完全不準(zhǔn)確。 </P> <P> 經(jīng)分析,電流互感器額定容量就是電流互感器額定二次電流I2e,通過二次回路額定負(fù)載Z2e時所消耗的視在功率S2e,即,S2e=I2e²Z2e; 因數(shù)顯表消耗的視在功率只有0.05VA,很小,所以我們可以不考慮,Z2e=ρ.2L/S=0.0176Ω. mm²/m×2×200 m /2.5=2.82Ω,S2e= I2e²Z2e=5A²×2.82Ω=70.5VA,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于電流互感器的額定容量5VA,所以此時應(yīng)該選擇200/1A的電流互感器,2010年2月份該項目更換了所有的比5A電流互感器,同時由于電流表為數(shù)顯表,變比可以重新設(shè)定為200/1,使整個系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)正常。 </P> <P> 從本實例可以得出電流互感器接數(shù)顯電流表時,傳輸距離對比如表(二) </P> <P> 表(二) 傳輸距離對比 </P> <P align=center> <TABLE style="BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none; </P> <P> 則當(dāng)A相計量互感器極性接反,漏計電能為實際計量電能的:</P> <P> P/ P´-1=3UIcosφ/UIcosφ-1=2倍; </P> <P> 3.3 保護用電流互感器 </P> <P> 3.3.1 保護用電流互感器就是為保護用繼電器提供電流的電流互感器器,與電流繼電器等類似電器配套使用,主要用于低壓配電系統(tǒng)電流過載保護和短路保護。主要準(zhǔn)確級有:5P、10P,5、10表示復(fù)合誤差5%、10%,準(zhǔn)確限值系數(shù)又叫限值系數(shù),它是額定準(zhǔn)確限值一次電流(此時符合誤差不超過5%、10%)與額定一次電流的比值,準(zhǔn)確限值系數(shù)有,5、10、15、20</P> <P> 3.3.2保護用電流互感器在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中的問題及應(yīng)用實例 </P> <P> 保護電流互感器在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中,準(zhǔn)確級以及準(zhǔn)確限值系數(shù)的選擇是用戶經(jīng)常碰到的問題。 </P> <P> 2003年河北某工廠,由于新廠房擴建,在新廠房1500米附近安裝了一臺250KVA(10/0.4kV)配變,與主變距離2500米,因負(fù)荷較。~定電流80A),當(dāng)時為了考慮計量準(zhǔn)確,使互感器額定一次電流與最大負(fù)荷電流相接近,將電流互感器比選擇100/5A,同時保護用電流互感器選擇100/5A,10P10。在施工下水道時,將電纜挖斷,造成工廠附近大面積停電。 </P> <P> 經(jīng)電網(wǎng)參數(shù)計算得:主變短路電抗為X1 = 0.07Ω,配變短路電抗為X2 = 0.5Ω,短路點前短路電抗為X3= 0.4Ω, 計算電抗X*∑= X1 + X2 + X3 = 0.97。 相短路時TA流經(jīng)次暫態(tài)短路電流周期分量有效值為:I" = 1 / X*∑×5.5 = 5.67(kA),此時短路電流是額定電流的56.7倍,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于準(zhǔn)確限值系數(shù)10,同時復(fù)合誤差超過10%時,影響繼電器動作,應(yīng)該選擇500/5A 10P15。 </P> <P> 3.4 剩余電流互感器 </P> <P> 3.4.1 在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中接地保護主要有:零序保護(中、高壓均可以使用)和剩余電流保護(也稱漏電電流保護),兩者基本工作原理相同都是基于基爾霍夫電流定律,但是使用場合根據(jù)系統(tǒng)接地方式的不同而不同。剩余電流互感器主要與繼電器配合使用,也常常與電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)配套使用,靈敏度高。 </P> <P> 3.4.2 剩余用電流互感器與零序電流互感器在低壓配電系統(tǒng)中的區(qū)別,祥見(表四),以及剩余電流互感在接地系統(tǒng)方式不同時的應(yīng)用,祥見表(五)。 </P> <P> 表(四) 剩余電流互感器與零序電流互感器的區(qū)別 </P> <P align=center> <TABLE style="BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none;
